  • Prospecting and cold outreach including following up on leads and researching potential new prospect outlets.
  • Support the logistics of productive relationships with key decision makers.
  • Maintain timely and accurate contact and sales information and tracking through Uptime Institute's CRM (Salesforce).
  • Facilitate follow-up and provide roll-up reporting to senior management.

The focus of this business development professional will include data center industry organizations and professionals for both existing and new accounts in the region. The Director of Business Development will generate new direct and indirect/third-party sales opportunities for Uptime Institute’s Tiers, Operational Sustainability, Data Centre Risk Assessment and M&O (Management & Operations), Hybrid Resilience Assessment, Tier Ready Award, and Other professional services in their region.

Uptime Institute Professional Services, LLC, seeks a Business & Office Administrator. Based in Seattle, the Business & Office Administrator is responsible for supporting the Uptime Institute global business. You will work in close collaboration across Business Operations, Project Management, and Events teams.

Uptime Institute Professional Services provides consulting services to corporations and government agencies with critical uptime needs of their data centers. Our clients include worldwide leaders from industries such as banking, insurance, healthcare, government, technology, shipping, airlines and railways, telecommunications, aeronautics, retail, and IT outsourcing.


Duties and Responsibilities


  • Participate and document company meetings as necessary.
  • Prepare meeting materials and project plans.
  • Ensure the office runs smoothly by maintaining office equipment, working collaboratively, and maintaining an upbeat, positive, attitude.
  • Interfacing with clients and vendors and process vendor invoices with Accounts Payable.
  • Manage consultant timesheets weekly and at the end of the month compilation for reporting.
  • Inputting data for executive and financial reporting as needed.
  • Completion of expense reports, consultant monthly insurance reimbursement and tracking of Sr. leader credit card charges.
  • Certification Letters/DCDS reports maintained regularly, and track in Smartsheet.
  • Assist with Travel Visa applications including checking directly with embassies and consulate offices.
  • Keep track of Passports/Visas in Smartsheet.
  • Assist with Sales Proposal development and generation.
  • Shipping and Handling.
  • Coordinating travel and lodging accommodations for staff, as requested.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics.
  • Maintain an organized filing system.
  • Take notes in-office meetings.
  • Update and maintain mailing lists and office calendars.
  • Maintain a clean, comfortable, and organized workplace.
  • Managing multiple tasks and/or projects concurrently and as needed by the business.

Required Qualifications:

  • Two plus years of experience in a support/administrative role.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Problem solver and a self-starter.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and competing deadlines.
  • Ability to take ownership, accountability, and ask for help when needed.
  • Ability to use MS Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excel proficiency.
  • Confident and eager to learn.
  • Interest in working with global clients and staff.
  • Experience of small event coordination (up to 50 attendees), including meeting room sourcing and reservation.
  • Excellent customer skills.
  • A motivation to learn about, and work with, new and emerging industries and markets.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interest in experience in multiple business areas including but not limited to Marketing, Events, Project Management, Sales Operations, and Office Management.
  • Must have a proactive approach to work, the ability to think outside of the box, the flexibility to work with individuals at all levels, and the ability to deliver results that ultimately lead to revenue generation.

Position Description:

This new role is a key contributor to our Marketing Qualified opportunity creation and management processes. Leveraging data contained within our CRM system, the successful candidate will create an infrastructure of reporting and actionable processes to empower the field based sales organization with tasks and actions that can be taken by field resources to progress new and existing opportunities.

S/he will work closely with our digital campaign manager to assure data is being created and nurtured to keep database current. Position Description:

The successful applicant will own the creation and execution of all integrated marketing campaigns across all digital channels for the company. As our Digital Campaign Manager, you’ll design and manage campaigns that will clearly identify prospects that are most closely matched with the core services based values we offer. The Role Description:

  • An expert in the use of Martech (including Salesforce, Marketo, Octopost, SEO/analytics, etc.) to conduct long-tail campaigns globally.
  • Architect and grow our maturing ABM engagement strategy, with a long-term lens focused on predictability and scale.
  • Collaborate and prioritize campaign efforts cross-functionally to align all efforts with Sales, Operations, and other areas of the company.
  • Creatively develop the means to measure campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities:


  • Scope, design, and execute automated, multi-channel marketing programs that grow customer lifetime value and drive incremental revenue within the upmarket base.
  • Create the strategies and campaign messaging, content, assets and channel strategy deliver required business growth results across paid, owned and earned channels.
  • Manage campaign program calendar, write campaign emails, and manage other content distribution aligned to other campaign themes including white papers, webinars, and blogs.
  • You will manage the campaign budget, allocating spend for creative, media, and production and ensuring each campaign delivers a strong ROI.
  • Influence stakeholders through the entire campaign journey to ensure input, alignment, and understanding of the campaign approach and details.
  • Define KPIs, measure effectiveness of campaigns, and adjust optimize upsell/cross-sell programs as needed.
  • Communicate, educate, and update program status to key stakeholders based on demonstrable metrics and KPIs
  • Write marketing materials (emails, landing pages, etc.) to ensure we move fast, test effective practices, and share & optimize learnings across the organization.
  • Identify campaign trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Test and recommend different content themes, formats to generate desired campaign outcomes, including the use A/B testing
  • Utilize your strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels


Minimum Qualifications


  • Expert Proficiency with marketing and sales automation systems including Marketo and Salesforce.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in B2B demand generation or campaigns marketing
  • Demonstrated experience in performance oriented marketing campaign strategies, and successful track record in delivering these across all digital channels
  • Experience planning and executing multiple, complex marketing programs.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the rapidly changing digital marketing landscape and the latest online marketing, campaign and content strategies.
  • Ability to build and communicate marketing strategies, and partner with other company resources to design, build and execute campaigns.
  • Experience in building and optimizing web landing pages and user funnels.
  • Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and execute with attention to detail.
  • Be highly motivated, have a sense of urgency and apply that drive to the quality of your work.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent practical experience.


Preferred Qualifications


  • You are not afraid to explore new ways within Martech and potential integration opportunities to yield bigger results.
  • You’re comfortable developing high level campaign assets for individual target segments based on raw messaging.
  • You understand how to test and scale at campaign level, but can relate results to individual accounts.
  • Experience at fast growing start-ups, large enterprise businesses and/or professional service organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing resource investment and campaign effectiveness.
  • Must possess excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills.
  • Self-starter combined with strong teamwork and partnering skills.
